We ship across India from our facility in Nashik, Maharashtra, via reputed courier partners.
Timelines
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location (metros faster, remote PIN codes longer). Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; festivals, weather and courier delays can extend them.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, and any free-delivery threshold, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. If tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours, write to info@nutristall.com with your order number.
Delivery issues
Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate — couriers may return undeliverable parcels, and re-shipping may attract a fresh shipping charge. If a package arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Diagnostic test kits & samples
For test bookings, our team coordinates sample collection at your home or a partner centre and arranges transport of samples to the laboratory — collection logistics are confirmed on your booking call.
