What we collect
- Account & order data: name, phone, email, billing and shipping address, order history, and payment status. Card/UPI details are processed by our payment partners and are never stored on our servers.
- Enquiry & form data: anything you submit through our contact, test-enquiry, newsletter or careers forms.
- Health-related data (diagnostic services): if you book a test, we handle your samples, requisition details and reports. This is sensitive personal data — see the section below.
- Technical data: cookies and similar tools that keep your cart working, remember your login, and give us anonymous usage statistics.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders; to coordinate sample collection, lab processing and result consultations; to respond to enquiries; to send the newsletter you signed up for (unsubscribe anytime); to improve the website; and to meet legal, tax and FSSAI record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your health data for marketing.
Health data from diagnostic tests
Test-related data is shared only with the accredited laboratory processing your sample and the clinical team interpreting your report. Reports are shared with you and, only at your request, with a practitioner you nominate. We retain test records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
Who we share data with
Delivery partners (name, address, phone — to ship your order), payment gateways (to process payment), our laboratory partners (for booked tests only), and IT service providers who host and maintain the website under confidentiality obligations. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or ask us to delete your personal data, withdraw newsletter consent, and raise any privacy concern by writing to info@nutristall.com or calling +91 98509 64717.
