Products & information
Our supplements and nutraceuticals are foods, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product information, including ingredients and usage, is provided for general guidance; always read the label and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition.
Diagnostic services
Test results are provided for informational and preventive-health purposes and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. Results should be interpreted with a qualified healthcare professional. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary with laboratory workload and sample quality; a fresh sample may occasionally be required, at no extra charge, if the first cannot be processed.
Orders, pricing & availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or decline/cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases of suspected misuse, unavailability or incorrect listing. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch.
Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we never store your card or UPI credentials. For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently.
