Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before dispatch by calling +91 98509 64717 or emailing info@nutristall.com with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return below.
Returns on products
Because our products are consumable health foods, we accept returns only for: (a) items received damaged, (b) wrong item delivered, or (c) unopened items with seals intact, reported within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. For damaged/wrong-item claims, photos (and where possible an unboxing video) speed up approval.
Refund process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of our receiving and inspecting the return (COD refunds via bank transfer/UPI — we’ll collect your details securely). Where a replacement is preferred, we ship it at no extra cost.
Diagnostic services
A test booking can be cancelled for a full refund any time before sample collection. After sample collection, the service is considered rendered and fees are non-refundable — except where the laboratory cannot process your sample and a recollection is not possible, in which case we refund in full.
How to start a return
Email info@nutristall.com with your order number, the issue, and photos. We respond within one working day with the next steps and, where applicable, a reverse-pickup arrangement.
