Products
Are your products medicines?
No. Our supplements and nutraceuticals are foods regulated under FSSAI (Lic. 11525999000383). They support nutrition — they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Are your products vegetarian?
Most are, and several use plant routes by design — like algal DHA instead of fish oil. Each product page lists its named actives; the few non-vegetarian formulations (like marine collagen) say so clearly.
How long until I see results?
Nutrition works gradually. Most of our formulations are built for consistent daily use over weeks; product pages state realistic expectations rather than overnight promises.
Can I take your products with my medication?
Ask your doctor first — supplements can interact with medicines. This matters especially in pregnancy, nursing, autoimmune conditions and with sedatives, thyroid or blood-thinning medication.
Diagnostic tests
How does a test booking work?
Choose a panel (or ask us to recommend one), we arrange sample collection at home or a partner centre, the accredited lab processes it, and our clinical team walks you through the results — expert consultation is included with every panel.
How long do results take?
7 days for Sanger-based pharmacogenomic tests; 28–30 days for most NGS panels. Exact turnaround is listed on each test page.
Will you explain my report?
Yes — a 1:1 result review with our clinical nutrition team is part of every panel.
Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch in 1–2 working days; delivery typically 3–7 working days across India. See the Shipping Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
The methods shown at checkout. Card and UPI details are handled by secure payment gateways and never stored by us.
Can I return a product?
Unopened items within 7 days, and any damaged or wrong item — see the Refund & Cancellation policy for the full rules.
